Exactly.. they did it in a world level crisis and everyone pitched in and maintained the status quo..
Now.. I don't think it's suggestable to adopt the measure now.

So if I was Danish, I need to pay 60% of my income as tax.. and then for everything go buy, I need to pay different taxes??
Yeah it's currently working in Denmark maybe that is because everything is overpriced there..
Just found out that a car cost doubles in Danish market than what it costs outside of Denmark..
There will be Tax evasions, black money hoarding etc etc..
And big businesses will just move out instead of paying so much..
