Not trying to be rude-but the reference isn't weak. Just search Ferguson and you will see that it is a nationwide issue and there are even global news articles on it. And by searching 'I can't breathe' you will see that it's not a lighthearted tee shirt.

It's not funny at all.
Her shirt is referring to the last words of Eric Gardner, a black man who was killed in New York by police when he was doing nothing wrong.
Just unbutton the pants is completely disrespectful and insensitive.
