I think that the post is not really saying that. The post refers to how usually men (usually players) go for women who dress that certain way, and usually those men want a physical relationship only and feel hey shouldn't really respect the woman as much as he should. (Other guest)

Alwaaays thought of this, had to help a friend with this issue since she would dress provocatively and would treat guys in an overly-friendly manner.
