Stick to it, please, feeling emotionally unstable is better than depending on something that's just causing you to deterioriate. I'm 3 weeks clean (drugs), and I don't know how to feel either. But it's better than before. And trust me, I care about you. Even if I don't know you. You WILL get through this.
