Or maybe canadians are generally better at running their personal business than americans. I mean, the two apparent us citizens alone who seem to actually believe that canadians go to see a doctor to have their hurt feelings checked. Has maybe to do with the world famous highly efficient and successful education system in the usa.

Actually I wonder if you had done such a good deed if that was a not-so-cute waitress. Or a waiter. Imagine the good feeling in those cases...
