Not necessarily. Certain people, the INTP personality type for example, work best closer to deadlines.

Why not rating them honestly but add something like "However, there's no kids menu and it's really not a kid friendly restaurant." The business owner may add a kids menu thinking he is responding to a legit desire of his patrons in an effort to bring them back. How old are you, or do you always fail to think things through?
