No guys, he's just a mortician. The junkyard is the Cars equivalent of a funeral home. If Lightning McQueen hadn't started taking him on all these adventures those cars would be buried, but since he's always going places he doesn't have the time. Especially now that he's a secret agent. Also, it is affect as opposed to effect. "It doesn't affect his awesomeness." or "It has no effect on his awesomeness."
