I was wondering how they managed to look so classy throughout the entire procedure.

Plenty of people are 5'1, I think the average height for an adult women is 5'3 or something like that, so 5'1 really isn't that extraordinary.
I mean, that's how tall a lot of girls are by the time they reach middle school and, while they're still young, they can handle going into the bathroom by themselves by that time as long as some sort of guardian is around.
And a toddler being 5'1 is crazy. 3'1 or 4'1 sounds more likely for a toddler, but not 5'1.
Also, when I was a toddler, if I had to go to the bathroom and my grandpa or uncle were watching me, then they'd usually take me into the men's restroom to go to the bathroom. After all, I was so young and small that it didn't really matter and they could still keep an eye on me without freaking out a bunch of ladies in the next room.

Well, Dumbledore DID used to be in leagues with Gellert Grindlewald (second most power dark wizard in history, next to Voldemort) so I assumed that's what they're referring to. But, I disagree with it because he was a good man by the end.
