Man, in this scenario it's a completely random guy out of nowhere texting her 'wanting to talk'. (Because if she's selling a phone he most likely got her number off yknow, an ad for the hone she posted...) who she doesn't know. If she's been stalked or harassed before this is EXACTLY the situation she ought to be jumpy on. Thee is no proof she 'hates all men' just the sketchy ones who call her when she doesn't know them.

Ehh, it does for girls somewhat.
I remember reading a compilation two or three years ago of comments on two politicians pages and the girls page was filled with comments on how ugly she was (She looked like a stern irritable fifty something, if you care) wheras there was nothing like that on the mans. And don't tell me some single men don't go out of their way to do more for alone pretty girls even if they aren't getting in the girls pants because if you do I will laugh, not believe you, and point you towards statistics about who gets stopped for most when their car breaks down on the side of the road.
I will admit that the effect i smaller than a lot of people make it out to be, but it is still definitely there.
