Every year in my class we do a month on dinosaurs and we talk about all kinds of reptiles and birds and dinosaurs alive at the time. All the kids usually enjoy it and like certain dinosaurs but last year I had one little girl lose it over this terrifying bird.
She made paper wings and tail and beak mask and wore it almost everyday. She'd read up on it and tell anyone and everyone about it.
When I asked her why she loved it so much she said it was so big and powerful it could kill anyone...My last parent/teacher conference with the mom was interesting.
