Damn, son. You have some serious issues. That has nothing to do with the topic at hand. But allow me to explain it. I love my father and mother for caring for me and raising me to adulthood. That's the emotional love a child shares with their parents. I love my wife for supporting me during the good and the bad and have a healthy physical relationship with her. Those are two different loves. If you don't see the difference in that, I'm afraid you need to do some serious soul searching and ask the psychiatrist why your parents never hugged you as a child.

Gay people holding hands and kissing = thumbs up. Gay people under the sheets = God has a coronary. Makes sense.

First marriage was an amicable divorce. Second marriage ended in her death. Third marriage was, again, amicable divorce. The fourth and final marriage ended in her death.

With gay couples, they want to receive a marriage certificate to make their love for each other known and not hide in shame. Granting them the license won't grant them the right to start having relations (hint, they already were beforehand). Married gay couples can legally adopt children and raise them and there is no credible research saying this home environment is harmful to the children. The definition of marriage is fluid. Always has been, always will be. I dare you to look a gay couple straight (no pun intended) in the eye and tell them their love for each other is not valid. Tell them they can't visit their sick spouse in the hospital. Tell them they can't inherit their deceased spouse's belongings. Tell them they don't deserve happiness.

My grandfather (a Catholic) was married four times and only one of those marriages resulted in children. Did he live in sin during the other three? Marriage is not a license to have children. People have children out of wedlock all the time. Do they deserve our scorn and ridicule? No. If you view sex as wicked and bad, that's entirely your opinion. People have consensual sex all the time for recreational purposes with a loved one or a hook-up and that doesn't make it a bad thing.
