I think we focus too much on whether it's beautiful or not to be big. It's not about beauty, it's about health. Obese people are not healthy, and suffer from a range of serious health problems. It's the same with anorexia or bulimia, our main concern should be getting these people healthy and happy, so they can look forward to a beautiful long life.
