Doctor's professionalism is the moment you treat them like shit and they still smile. You're sick? You think they don't know? Shame on you. You see your unwell friend and not ask how they're doing? Isn't it heartless? They need to see if your problem is real, or affected by your mentality, that's one of TONS of reasons doctors do that. And by the way, the post is not funny. Not living up to Funsubstance, does it?
