I think the idea here is that successful people don't want or don't need to go over someone to get acknowledged, and if you need to make people fail, you are not that successful. When you are really good at what you are doing, doesn't matter if you get pushed down, you'll always find your way back up, because you know you are good enough.

Actually, there are A LOT of girls who look natural but are wearing makeup, since looking natural is one of the purposes of using it daily.

Really, as a feminist i personally think that, sometimes, we forget about the "equality". I know that women suffered a lot throughout the years that have passed and we still have work to do, but creating another gap in our society it's not the answer.
