I'm from Hong Kong, let me tell you guys what I know. In HK we usually ONLY use top left (of a letter button) for English and bottom left for typing in traditional Chinese characters (using Changjie method).
So, about top right, it seems to be a way to type traditional Chinese using Pinyin method for Taiwanese. Bottom right, never seen it so I cannot tell.
