ASL, duh!! I know a bunch of Deaf people. If they learned Sign Language growing up, meaning they're exposed to an adequately language-rich environment, they pick up language just like everybody else. And yes, they do too have "the voice in your head", it's in ASL! ASL is a true and complete language. They dream in ASL, they experience life in ASL, their language is ASL, just like yours is English.
