Not right. All spiders are venomous, for example, but not all spiders are poisonous to humans. And many that are are not necessarily deadly, such as the brown recluse. You just wish you were dead cause it hurts every second as your flesh slowly rots from the venom. But you probably won't die. At least not for awhile. Good times.
