The years is probably higher than the parking lot but you can't see it from the angle the picture is taken from.

Its called Postural hypotension. The causes of it can vary. I have it. You can try one technique that can help; Before standing up tap try taping your feet and moving your legs around a bit. Helps to get the heart to pump some of the blood that pools while seated
