He cheated on his wife with his The Mummy 3 costar, Maria Bello. This affair was why the divorce was so ugly and why he was seen at fault and why he has to shell out all the money. Their youngest son was only 1 years old when the affair was discovered, I'm sorry, he seems like a nice guy to have as a friend, but I think his ex is totally justifiable in her anger.
