Oh, yeah, scouting programs should be "separate but equal." Cause that plan always works out well... Women should have the same chances as men. If they can't keep up, fine. But if they can, they should be given the opportunity to do so. And, I believe you'll find that the Boy Scouts will be better for it in the long run.
Maybe you should look at what the Supreme Court had to say about that kind of thing in United States v. Virginia, or, you know, Brown v. Board of Education.

*Sigh. Look, kids, they are photodegradable now. And by now, I mean for the last two decades or so. That means that they disintegrate if left in sunlight. So please stop silently judging anyone who just tosses them. Don't believe me? Look up six pack rings on wikipedia.
