They do have an instinct that allows them to just automatically know how to swim. This helps them in the wild if they have to cross a river for whatever reason, or if their burrow floods.
Some do like to swim for fun. My favourite videos to watch a bunny swimming are by the YouTube account "lifeasalop'. I like the one at the creek (titled 'Swimming bunny' I think), but the beach videos show how eager the bunny is to play in the water.
The problem is that rabbits can easily get hypothermia, so even bathing them isn't recommended unless it is absolutely necessary, and you have to dry them thoroughly and keep them warm afterwards.
My thought watching this is that the little bunny just wants his human for pats and snuggles. He is very little, so I assume he hasn't been immersed in water, and doesn't know that he (probably) doesn't like it yet.

They can indeed. But they generally don't like water. Mine will flick water at me if they get their paws wet. Although I know of others that love to swim. Depends on the bun.

You don't think they should suffer for a long time rather than have a quick out?

But it really is better to get a high quality bra. And more cost efficient long term.
