We even asked about the key hole on the door and the salesperson stated that it was for if we upgraded the package so he was obviously confused too!

Our dealership neglected to inform us of this--discovered it a year later--after much confusion and thinking the key fob broke. Not everyone has been using a fob for years--they should inform the buyer! :)
