Please research. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. A few years ago (and really this happens often this is just an example) a big company in US sent money for polio vaccines over seas. They thought they would save lives. What actually happened was those vaccines gave THOUSANDS of children 'polio like systems' including loss of limbs. Its tragic! Liking with a virus like the virus you are preventing isn't a good way to live.
