Ok, I used to wonder the same thing when I was very young. A lot of straight people don't actually know how the sex is done by gay people. They assume that it's only about one person penetrating other person's anus, which makes them curious who penetrate and who got penetrated. Also, a lot a gay people are very feminine which further assumed that this type of person must have been acting as the woman who provide the anus. Yes, it's very annoying question, but some of them are genuine curiosity.
