I'm not an expert, and I never got help but if you ever feel like you're in some sort of depressed state for a long time you should reach out to someone. Talking and getting help from anyone you can contact and trust will really help in the long run. I remember being so emotionally unstable I cried almost every day, and when I was able to talk it out with friends I slowly calmed down and I'm able to smile a lot more. Sorry this isn't the greatest advice but this is as much as I know.

They’re skippable and I believe if you want to you can turn them off in settings, but they’re not like ads ya’know? And I prefer to not stare at the black screen and my own horrid reflection as they load the next episode

Can't help but notice that this company:
1. Is a capitalistic company in a capitalistic economic system, and
2. Was not compelled to do that action by government regulation or law.
Also, if there was any additional cost involved in the printing or proliferation of sack types, it was borne by the company. So, Redistributionists, take that.
