You were raised that way, or you actually feel that way? There's a subtle, but meaningful, distinction in there.

No, because it never worked for me which means there's at least a third option

I want to go watch it, I watched John wick 1 and 2 this week but sadly I’m still young enough that my mom dictates what I can and cannot watch, my mistake for watching them with her in the same room XD

@guestwho when people talk about accesability, what they mean is getting the pill/plan B without a doctors prescripition. In the US many states require that girls go get a pap smear (Definition: being examined by a gynocologist) before getting a pill. As the costs for such a visit are sky-high this bars many underage girls from getting the pill. In more conservative states doctos may ask if you are married, in a relationship, etc. Making sure women can get the pill over the counter will prevent many abortions and will help out many young girls who fear getting pregnant and are afraid to tell their families.

I get the frustration if someone’s clothes are left in there for hours and hours beyond the time that the load finished, but they do not deserve to be dumped/sold/whatever. Not your items, not your right. If you need to take their clothes out and put them on top of the washer/dryer, fine. If they have a basket there, it isn’t rocket science to take the clothes out of the washer/dryer once finished and put them in whatever basket they might have. Honest to goodness, relax.

If it’s something you must do to live, it will get done. Setting it for a specific time removes the dread and stops depleting the reserves, which you’re low on anyway.
If you won’t die if you don’t do it, how much trouble will it cause for you later? If a lot, then pick a time. Even if it’s five minutes, do it for five minutes and then go get ice cream, or whatever. It’s not easy to crawl instead of walk. It’s a lot harder actually! And slower! But. It’s forward movement.

If we follow that line of thought we could easily see the "keys of life" being handed over to the government. As they would more than likely be the ones to dictate who should be allowed to bear children. That to me would be a fairly scary thought.

Life tip for still completing stuff when you’re depressed: if you really can’t, then ask yourself if you can but in 24 hours or 4 hours or 1 hour. Then set it down until that time.
If you can’t commit to any time to do it, then suck it up and tell whoever it is that you can’t. Sorry, can’t. I promise they won’t take it as hard as you are.

This seems to be more of another potatoes to carrots comparison than a potatoes to potatoes.
While yes there is a similarity of sorts between that of a terminally ill person and that of an unborn child; it becomes less so when talking about outcome. The outcome for that of a terminally ill person is generally a slim to none chance of life. Though in the case of an unborn child generally they have a decent shot at living. Though we can argue against that stating that an unborn child is just that unborn and it's quality of life is in imaginary variable that can't be stated. If we argue that then we must ask "well what constitutes a high enough quality of life in order for that child to 'be worthy' of living"? At that point we could easily see having children being reserved for the elite of society. This, yes, would probably solve the issue of overpopulation but would easily and inevitably lead to a distinct lack thereof...
