As long as we go watch those movies, Vin Diesel is getting paid to star in them. OF COURSE he will strongly advertise every one of these shits.

Sounds like your doctors are just fear-mongerers. Measles vaccine or the actual disease gives lifelong immunity, so it would be incredibly rare to get it twice. And people don't die from getting it twice since that is nearly impossible to happen. There is a rare encephalitis that people who had measles could get many years in the future, but it is rare. Just ensure your family and close contacts are vaccinated; you'll benefit from their protection. You can read up on herd immunity if you like. Stay safe.

Nitpick: "Molded" means formed with a mold of some sort. The ocean took that piece of wall and eroded the edges and corners.

Ya' can bitch about the US *keeping* Imperial units of measurement, but as far as the drunk that invented it, all that stuff came from Europe.
It's just terrible how that system of measurement kept the US from becoming a world power economically.

Well, when you have other universities (see Florida) that are pushing/tackling black students on-stage for strolling or stepping (an important historical part of black Greek organizations), why not let them organize and celebrate their blackness?
To me, it's no different than lavender graduations which happen across the country where LGBT students hold their own ceremony to celebrate. Hundreds of academic programs do it as well.
To me, y'all are getting panties in a bundle over nothing. Let them celebrate their achievement in the way they want to.

Pretty much this exactly. I'm not sure who this universal girl all these guys are hitting on is. The simple fact is that taking an interest in someone-- especially romantically-- is a Gamble. If you're not prepared to lose, you should probably walk away from the table right now.
Similarly, unless all men really DO expect any little remotely decent thing they do for a woman to result in sex, women should probably stop complaining so freely that they can't find any "nice" men. If there weren't any nice men, people would pretty much be afraid to leave their houses on a daily basis. If you cant find one, I'd guess you're looking in the wrong places.
Nice is a "nice" trait. But it's never the only thing anyone is looking for. If the people you're interested in aren't measuring up, or responding to what you're doing, chances are there's something beyond niceness that is missing, and one or both parties are overlooking it.

I don't know what to appreciate more about this post:
The little girl's response, the way the author is describing the situation, or the fact that I'm not the only one fed up with everything being minionized

Seems messed up, but the ER docs appreciate a pic so they know what level of intrusion a car had from the impact to gauge the level of force involved in the accident and the potential for injuries. What’s messed up is that the pic ended up public, unless the patient released it himself

Never do this with new clothing, but I have plenty of clothes I’ve been washing for years, so there’s no color leakage when I wash a bunch of stuff together.
