it's running as a background process. you have to go into the processes and find the icon for the game you want, end it, then reload. the game had an error in between actually loading up and running.

Why can’t we, instead of re-hashing films just with gender swapping, create some new ideas for female roles in films. I don’t want to see Ocean’s Eleven with women; I want to see a totally new action film with women. It just feels like a cheap cop out.

Kevin Hart made a joke about 9 years ago about how he didn't want his son to be gay. People freaked out at the time and he apologized. Flash forward to a couple of months ago and Kevin Hart is named as a host for the Oscar's. Internet people dug up his old routine and it became a thing again. Kevin had already apologized for it and didn't feel like foing so again so he stepped away from hosting the oscars.

I don't believe this parents intention was to be "some kind of humble brag". Perhaps he hoped his parenting skills would be an incentive to other parents whose children are bullies. Or maybe by displaying the punishment on-line serves as a stronger measure of punishment for his child since most children today, believe negative social-media exposure is severe punishment.

Tbh tho apple likes to do a bunch of sketchy shit anyway. So while it says it's because it's ceritified, they also brick your shit for using third parties. So you can take the risk but it's more likely the issues will come from apple themselves punishing you.

My partner and I mutually agreed its okay yo admit if someone is attractive as log as we don't act on it. Like we can appreciate how good someone looks as long as we don't go up and flirt with them.

That's one problem with the "diversity is our strength" philosophy...you can't just say "we hire the most qualified person" if,you wind up with a non-diverse staff. If you push hiring women even when you have to take ones with less experience or qualifications or whatever because of "diversity'" and you criticize all-male groups as non-inclusive, then you look stupid for having an all-female group. Same for race or other identity politics points.

It’s very simple. If a group has been targeted, it’s not clever to reference the things that were used to set them apart. If a group had had violence against them, referring to the violence in the past or present isn’t a joke. It’s just stupid.
Refusing to acknowledge someone’s pain because being stupid is more fun for you has never been a valid defense. ‘I was stupid/didn’t realize i could know better and I’m sorry; I don’t reference that anymore’ - valid!
