With corruption rife in most sectors of industry and society, and and ever increasing population and decreasing resources, I think it is a sign of devolution that humans mock and insult other humans who don’t eat meat. Get your priorities straight , I eat meat sometimes and try to eat organic or free range , I think non meat eaters are commendable.

I never even mentioned Obama or whether he was good or not in my comment. Just saying. But thank you for attempting to invalidate the opinion I didn't express-- just in case any of us were confused about whether this really was the interwebz or not.
Also, considering Russia was involved in electing Trump president, I don't see how that keeps the power with the people, unless by the people you didn't mean the American people.
I also am not certain how one of the most corrupt human beings on the planet can go after people for corruption, but then again, logic has yet to actually play a single part in any part of his presidency so far either way, so I guess it doesn't really matter

Except that there is no such thing as the "popular" vote. There are 50 separate votes and the vote totals they report aren't complete or validated. Many municipalities stop counting when the number of votes left to count is less than the gap between the 2 candidates, and absentee ballots are usually the last ones left and don't get counted.
For any 1 municipality it's not a big deal, but, cumulatively around the whole country, it could mean a very big swing.

Vegetarian doesn't eat meat, but still animal products (dairy, eggs, etc.). Vegan is no animal products at all (no dairy, no eggs, etc.)

also, we tend to become more immune to blood and such when we are exposed to it more. We're currently decently sheltered from things like that in our society because we have no reason to be exposed to it, but killing is something humans can easily adapt to. Heck, just talk to anyone on 4chan and you can see just how quickly people can go from "sick to my stomach, how is this happening?" To "wow, another dead body." Suffering isn't something most of us are ever okay with, but killing and suffering DON'T have to go hand in hand.
I'm not trying to say I have a problem with vegans-- you do you, and hopefully be happy. But don't try to Trick people into following your lifestyle using smoke and mirrors. If your lifestyle can't stand strong on its own, then none of these games will ever be enough to save it, and you'll just turn it into an organization like Peta, obnoxious at best, a joke at worst, and someone that no one truly takes seriously anymore

They also chose to conveniently ignore the fact that humans prepare their food using primarily their hands, and have for a decent amount of time. Meaning, we literally don't have the NEED to have extremely sharp/prominent canines to tear flesh, OR defend ourselves, because we've already done it with our hands. The person added "knife and fork" as a joke, but its actually insanely relevant. On top of which, there's creatures like geese who have "tomia," which are serated, and they use them partially for plant material. Not to mention Gorillas, which are primarily herbivores. And chimpanzees which, since they're trying to use evolution as an argument, become insanely relevant since they're so closely related to us, and are omnivorous.

So wait, the manager is bringing up a potentially disciplinary (esp since it's a recurring issue) in front of a customer? Either the story is BS or this manager is, cuz shit like that would not fly in most customer-centric businesses with decent management.

fun fact: Chris Evan's does like 95% of his own stunts, as long as he's not at risk for actual bodily harm. Apparently he move's differently from most stunt men, so when he can do the stunts he does them so they're more consistent.

Yes. Last week I was in the middle of baring my soul about a formative challenge I faced in elementary school, and my wife interrupted to ask my sister about her eyeshadow pencil. I had to leave the room to avoid saying something I'd regret later.

I was gonna make an analogy to voters, since lots of people are so dogmatic that nobody else could have information that they themselves don't possess, or have a different set of priorities. But, dcottingham makes that point...as an anti-Trumpist, all Trump voters must be stupid since nobody else could possess knowledge or priorities that he/she doesn't. Congratulations, playa, you played yourself.
