Where I lived, this used to be a thing in the 80s.

I always thought Lilo and Stitch was one of the best Disney movies. Definitely better than the usual Beautiful Princess & Prince Charming type of stuff that Disney used to make.
Though, I will ways maintain that the best and also the most underrated Disney movie is Atlantis.

Efficiency. The brain doesn't process everything 100%. When it sees something it's checking as it's processing to see if it's familiar to something it already proccessed. If so, it goes "hey, I already did this! I don't need to do it again" and stops and moves on. With the "the"s being so close, the brain's memory of processing it the first time is so recent it almost immediately goes "already done, got a copy if anyone wants proof, not doing this again. Skip!"

Which is theoretically correct and everything, but if your company is based on te belief that it’s raining outside but another company is based on the belief that it’s not, you have to pander towards the want of your corporation in order to entice your reader demographic to actually buy and read your article. So your job, if you actually want to survive and make money as a journalist, is to write content that is in line with the beliefs of the media corporation that you write for.

I hate when women does these, but some are so miserable that do this to make sure that their partner loves them enough to care and do something like this. For me, my self-esteem is so low that I have to constantly be reminded that I’m loved by my partner. I never block them of course, but things like this are done by me to see if they love me enough. Maybe that sounds wrong, but I try my best not to be a bitch about it, haha.

Doesn't that make height a more valid criteria, though? Like, if I am simply not attracted to short (or tall) people, what can the other person do? They are not gonna grow or shrink accordingly. An overweight person, however, may eventually slim down (especially when motivated by a supportive partner). In fact, they might even be in the midst of the weight loss process.

If I'm being honest, when I personally say I hate small talk, I mean that I don't enjoy frivolous conversations with people that I don't want to speak with in the first place, it doesn't mean I want a deep discussion either. I'm fine with small talk when it's someone I am interested in speaking with. Maybe that's just me and my anti-social tendencies.

Yes, it's the Whispering Canyon Cafe, and when you ask a waiter for ketchup, they shout out "KETCHUP, WE NEED KETCHUP!" and all of the kids from other tables run and bring their ketchup to the table where the waiter asked for it. It gets bigger and bigger as the night goes on until you end up with this.
If you ask for "just a little" of a drink, they bring it to you in a tiny glass, if you ask for a lot, they bring it to you in a giant glass. The kids did a stick horse ride through, it's all part of the show.
