to get a dog or cat registered as an ESA you dont pay anyone. your DOCTOR writes a note certifying that you require this animal for your emotional well being. you pretty much also have to be under treatment for some kind of psychiatric issue
but there is NO legal "registry" for a service dog or an ESA... those places are just ripping you off
