Thrift stores sell beautiful dresses (both wedding and non-wedding) in perfect condition for super cheap. Don't tell me that after years of living in poverty she didn't know this. I'm a middle class privileged bitch and I know this. I shop mainly in thrift stores (though, that's for ethical reasons rather than financial ones).
Also in my country you can lend a prom dress which is much cheaper than buying one. I assume it's a thing over wherever this happened as well.

Kinder Joys are legal and they are in an egg-shaped packed but they are no Kinder Egg. The Surprise is what everyone wants in the US but can’t have.

When discussing Kinder Eggs, everyone assumes it’s Kinder Surprise. Kinder Joy has only been in the US for less than 2 years.

Based on the documentary, I think what he meant was more along the lines of reducing carbon foot prints, environmental pollutions, and habitat destructions. That’s what I got from it at least.

Kinder Surprise is not the same as Kinder Joy. Surprise is a chocolate egg shell surrounding a toy while the Joy has the toy separate from the snack. The Surprise is what is illegal in the US.
