So, there was a school dance coming up and everybody was asking everybody out and this guy asked to go to the dance with me, and I politely said I was just going with my friends. Five minutes later he asked again. This repeated about 17 times. The 18th time I was just so done I said "I DON'T FUCKING WANT TO GO OUT WITH YOU!!!!". He asked me again the next day.

Technically if you had this power and you wanted to fly, you could change the chance of you growing working wings to 100% and then just fly around the city.
