Actually it was tested with a note the same size and made of damn plastic rather than a metal. Same pressure was applied and the iphone bent then cracked. The note went back into place. iPhones are rubbish.

It could also be messed with by nefarious people and give your phone viruses. Same goes for those airport "lightning fast" chargers.
