Where do you think white people came from? I mean let’s take a look at the racial diversity of China, would you get upset by the large amount of Chinese people who live there? I honestly can’t imagine how hard it must be for you to understand the idea that white people came uk and Europe and how much you want to play the race card on a meme that made fun of a white social group such as goths, who btws not only can take the joke but make the joke too.

To be honest, this isn’t fair.
I get where she’s coming from, and honestly, overall I agree. I do think the idea of fatman in a sleigh delivering gifts doesn’t really make sense, and I’ve thought that since I was 6... but at the same time, IF you want to perpetuate that, why should one kid miss out just because another kid has to?
It’s sad, but coming from a poor family, I feel credible in saying that maybe one kids parents just worked harder. Shouldn’t their kids have nice things, brought by the magical fantasy we make Christmas out to be?
I was always jealous when my Jewish friends had their Bar Mitzvahs, but just because I couldn’t have one, is it fair to ask that they stop having theirs?
I get the logic. I appreciate how it looks out for everyone. I don’t agree with the sentiment though. Let people choose.

Words matter, those who would impose their will on others are always trying to redefine language to control thoughts.

Maybe we should just kill off the outdated idea of Santa Claus. I was the youngest of 4 and never believed in it - ever. No one even tried to sell me on the idea. It's so odd.

I see that MLK is there...the REVEREND Martin Luther King. I think what all you people who think "it's the same God" are missing is that the requirements to get into heaven as defined by Jews, Christians and Muslims, are not only different but mutually exclusive. It may be that none of them is right, but they can't all be right.
You can believe that gravity doesn't apply to,you, but fall off a building and the strength and earnestness of that belief will not keep you from splattering on the pavement. If any of those religions is true, then you wishing that they were all equally valid won't do you any good. And if you find it unfair that a God would not conform to your wishes for fairness or truth, ask, yourself "who get to define what constitutes fair, good or just...me, or the God who created everything?"

It’s unreasonable to expect a lifetime full of happiness, that’s like wanting to be afraid 24/7 or laughing 24/7. Instead, work on being purposeful and contribute to your social setting (friends, family, community) being known as a reliable person will give you contentment while you go through life. Being content will allow you to perform your responsibilities while you experience a whole myriad of emotions; you’ll be bored 10% of the time, happy 10%, sad 10%, anxious 10% etc. And that’s normal.
Uncontrollable happiness all the time is called being manic and it should be medicated.

I keep hearing women SAY this, but they never resist the misandrists from taking over the feminist movement. Consequently, "feminism" is never about *equality*, but is always "pro-woman," so employ a woman over a man, or give shcolarships and opportunities to women preferentially rather than with mere equal opportunity.
If,you're. "Feminist" that let the misandrists hijack your movement, that's your own fault.

So when he/she took it seriously you're saying he/she can't handle jokes even when literally every single comment after this is taking it seriously and trying to put down veganism?

I don't think that was the point. I think they were saying more along the lines of kids also need to realize that it's not a requirement of the parents to buy them entertainment items.
