Instructions:
First,take the scissors and cut the bottom of the plastic water bottle off.You can throw this part out.Next,take the sock and put it on the plastic water bottle,starting at the bottom where the hole is.(The opening of the sock where you put your foot in should be at the cap of the bottle after putting it on.)Then,put some soap on the sock (the part that doesn't have the opening)and rub it in with water.Take the cap off the bottle,blow through and voila!Bubbles!
