I'm not sure this is true. But there is a true story where 7 dogs ate their owners. The owners passed away and no one knew about it so no one was around to feed the dogs. The starving dogs did what they had to in order to stay alive.

I saw this on some home show; it is NOT in a bad neighborhood. The person who purchased the garage wanted to live in this area but could not afford the prices of homes. So he purchased the garage and converted it into his home. Location is somewhere in Europe.
