Okay heres what you do: flip your head over so that all of your hair is in front of your head. Place the towel at the end of your hairline on top of all of your hair. Then grab your hair around the towel and start to twist it. Once it's twisted enough flip your head up and place the little tail thingy on top and there you go :)

OMG yes I had the same thing happen to me too am i finally remembered the name of it omg yess and plus I was like the only of my friends that didn't have cable so i just watched a bunch of pbs kids shows haha (i mean, dragon tales anyone??)
