Must graffiti isn't that good, and if it is good, the political implications may not be in line with the building's owner .

Maybe graffiti is frowned upon because you're technically defacing private property no matter how pretty the picture is. But yeah, most "modern art" is shit.

Screw the message, it's just good art. If I could pencil-draw half as good, I'd be having rolling in women.

Actualy a street artists named banksy has had his "graffiti" sold for millions of dollars in auctions. they would legit take down entire walls for his works.

Banksy exhibited in an art gallery. Jean Michel Basquiat was one of the most influencial painters of his generation as well as keith haring. I don't give a fuck how you feel about rothko, as long as you haven't seen one face to face. and don't give me shit about grafitti not being recognized. Grafitti has become mainstream as an artform.

Put graffiti on your own property - otherwise it's vandalism. That's why most people dislike graffiti. Why is that such a hard concept to understand?
