Hurrdurr bears can’t drive so you’d crash right away durrrr
I’d ask “show me the statistics” but I already know them.
Women are more likely to get into minor accidents (non fatal, non injurious) with a much higher frequency
Men are more likely to get into fatal accidents.

Yeah as an autistic person myself, I don’t think Dwight is autistic. There’s a lot more that goes into it than just bad social skills.

I wonder why it is that the people who are so butthurt about women choosing men over bears… are usually men

For anyone wondering; they look scary like that because they’re trying to be scary. This is not the default

You’re missing the point. Perhaps on purpose. It is about the sheer frequency of women being violated by fully cognisant men. They are making the choice to assault women.
But we don’t do anything about it because trauma is invisible and bear attacks are visible

If a yappy dog can scare off a bear then so can I.
But I don’t have confidence I can scare off a serial killer

So
a) you want me to rephrase it into a complaint
b) it wasn’t directed at Roosevelt at all. I am extending this to in general, and that the people who would call it whining are the people who refuse to do anything abohtnit

14% of bear attacks are fatal, but still less traumatising than being sexually assaulted
Additionally, these statistics are irrelevant.
The question is: would you rather run into a bear or a man?
The likelihood of encountering a bear day to day is a nonfactor
