Well, obviously the character of Alice was created by Lewis Carroll and not Disney, but Disney did produce an Alice In Wonderland movie in 1951. From what I can tell, almost all of the Disney princesses are based on old stories of princesses from their respective times, written by various authors.

I dunno, it's been a while since I've read or watched them, but the Jadis version of the white witch is pretty creepy, though not to say that book witch wasn't creepy at all. But I had a weird fascination with the whole "why did Edmund go with the white witch" thing, probably because I would've done the same thing, unfortunately..:/

Where I live, Chipotle is pronounced Chip-oat-lay while Aristotle is Ar-is-taw-tle. So, reversed, it would be Chip-awt-tle and Ar-is-toat-le.

...well, sort of. When you're looking at them, weeping angels can't move. If they see you, they send you way back in time so that you die before you could even meet that angel again. That's why the angels always have their hands over their eyes, so that they don't accidentally send each other back in time. Freaky, I know...that's Doctor Who for you.
