JK Rowlings wizard world was pretty much designed to ignore the muggle world and any knowledge either had. when you acknowledge both you pretty much end up with too many loose ends. like the fact that muggle born wizards pretty much all went to a muggle school until they turned 11 at which they probably moved to hogwarts. so why don't muggleborn kids even ravenclaw muggleborn kids question why every wizard apart from them seem to somehow not understand how muggles work, also why are non muggleborn wizards in charge of muggle and wizard relations considering they are probably the most qualified for it, but arthur weasley is in charge of that and even though he's a nice dad and pretty great hes not the best for that job.... asdfhaushudfh anyways... i usually ignore it but this post reminded me of this and yeh

(arthur weasley literally couldn't use muggle money because he didn't understand how it worked, considering that wizard money is basically muggle money but magical and with different number fractional seperations, the only reason arthur weasley couldn't use it was because he didn't understand how muggle money was split.)

"but it's my problem!"
"you don't need to fix it"
"can't you at least encourage me to solve my problems?"
"hey it's not about that!"
"then what is it about?"
"it's about how you feel fat and you think it's a problem, but it's a non issue"
"i still think it's an issue though, in college i was so active!"
"yeah... but it's okay that you aren't as active now"
"but its not okay... all we do every single night is binge watch netflix shows... we could be more productive..."
"fair enough i see how that worries you... i just don't think it's that big of an issue, we're fine right now..."
"just because it's fine right now doesn't mean it'll be fine in the future, besides we could be in better shape"
... and on and on and on

The necromancy chapter is the easiest way to have some form of planning towards your reanimation. There are necromancy companies that can provide a more feature rich type of service. To become an arcane skeleton you must already have some form of magical training. Do note that most if not all complex magic requires some form of sentience. most file and rank skeletons in the skeleton wars are not sentient as they are puppeteered. There are sentient but coerced officers that are under the command of a powerful necromancer or lich. Arcane skeletons are usually those generals. To secure that type of spot, you can use the resources that your local necromancy chapter or arcane library offer to find a warlord willing to form a contract with you regarding your reanimation. I bid you good luck with your search.

Job security is great, thus new necromancers are going to have a harder time getting into a managerial position unless the senior employees were eliminated or you apply in a seriously competitive company or school. You'll have a greater chance at getting a position in high density populations, where there is a higher turnover rate, as well as a higher demand for them. That being said it's not by much but every bit counts right? Also, your local necromancy chapter might have some positions available but as with most public services the pay isn't too great. Keep looking around though! You'll get that managerial position.

Also, if you plan on being reanimated, remember to contact your local Necromancy Chapter to set up your reanimation plans.

the skeleton war is only one part of the undead conflicts. Remember we have the vampiric incursion, the living dead riots, and the ghost debates.
