This is a really bad idea. Not just because it could start a conflict but Kim Jong Un will likely decided to confiscate all 100,000 copies. He'll have every home searched and kill anyone hiding copies. He could throw anyone in prison for life just for touching one of the DVDs. This will only cause more human rights violations.
