When two guys pull a truck up next to/ Infront of you, and point a shotgun at you, it's perfectly reasonable for him to try and defend himself.
I might be very slightly tempted to believe it was an 'accident' , but then he followed it with 3 more shots.
It was a cold blooded killing, plain and simple.
Passing it through as manslaughter would be a crime in its own right.

I assume, it's because on early dualshocks analogue sticks where new, so not all games where compatible, which would leave to poor input, or pack of input at all. That would be my guess.
I mean, think about early Tekken on PS1. Back then analogue sticks where worthless, so you'd just disable it and use the buttons.

So, it wasn't actually much use on the PS2 itself! But on Dualshock2 controllers for PS1, it would disable the analogue sticks and switch to the up/down/left/right pad input only.

Im on season 5 and loving it. So in my opinion, yeah, it's pretty good!

It's all about developers not being willing to trade fidelity. The thing is, I would play a game that looks smaller, and crappier, if it meant I could play it in the living room with my best mate
