its actually the fact its addressed to first names... no individual has stepped forward to claim its their letter, no school mentioned, when people publicize this stuff they make sure people know who to complain too... i think its a letter based on exaggerated notions of what people think the world is coming to to prove what they think is happening and rile people up to agree with their side by presenting an extreme case of what could happen...

i think its less that anyones ashamed and more that the people that hate him are just shouting louder

yeah this was my thought, people almost never agree on pizza unless one person is trying to score. then agreement happens very rapidly.
