I'm an 19 year old girl from Southern Indiana. I have an unhealthy obsession with Supernatural, love my family, and spoil my dog like he is my child.

Honestly, I am so ready to go back to school. I'm tired of being stuck in my house with my sisters, who are 6 and 11.

For me, at least, it's hard to find shirts that don't show cleavage. I'm a thin girl, only weigh 120 soaking wet, but through the grace of God or genetics, I ended up being a D-cup. It's hard for me to find clothes to fit the rest of my body that also accommodate my boobs without them being out there just a little. And I'm kinda ok with that.

Yeah, I feel like this right now. One of the girls I consider to be a very close friend didn't invite me to her eighteenth birthday party. Then three of my close friends went to this painting studio pace where they teach you how to paint and didn't invite me. It happens all the time and I'm getting really sick of it.

I've had the same best friend since birth, and there is no way in hell I would ever attempt something like this.

For me, the sound of chewing causes a feeling close to rage. It's by far the easiest way to piss me off. And it kinda hurts my ears. I'll rub my ear against my shoulder to make the sound stop.

Age of consent in my state (Indiana) is 16, but the person you are with must be under 24.

Thanks :) I hope we stay together too. At this point, I can't see myself with anyone else.

I know this sounds strange coming from a complete stranger, but you are loved and wanted, exactly as you are. It is not your fault that you are a lesbian. It is not a choice you made. You were born liking women, which is perfectly fine. Your dad loves you, and will most likely accept you for who you are.

One day, if I should happen to have children, I hope at least one will be like this girl.

That's just how he is. We've been together for almost two years now. I'm in my senior year of high school and he is a sophomore in college. We argue occasionally, but the one time we had a big fight, he sent me a dozen long-stemmed red roses at school with a letter apologizing for our fight. When I got home, there were three more bouquets on my porch, each a different color. He's a great guy and he always manages to remember the little things.

Thanks guys. The guy I had been dating was border-line physically abusive and was emotionally abusive. I was under a lot of pressure from my family to do really good in school and it just all built up. Then one day I was dressed up for one of my friends' birthdays. I was wearing this coral colored long dress and my hair was curled. When I saw my boyfriend earlier in the day, he told me I "never should have put that dress on because I looked like a fat, ugly cow." Well, I'd had enough of his shit at that point and dumped him right there. I was then feeling bad about breaking up with him and doing really bad in one class. I walked into my last period art class, and the guy who sat next to me, whom I had gotten close to over the course of the year, said "You look absolutely gorgeous today." He still has no idea that just being nice to me that day probably saved me from doing something incredibly stupid.

A couple of years ago, I was seriously contemplating suicide. I was under so much pressure and the guy I was dating was a truly awful person. I then met my current boyfriend, who saved my life.

Thanks, I guess. I've never been one to sit around and watch someone pick on people. He had one of my best friends, who is a lesbian, nearly in tears. I took her with me when I left the room, and we went straight to the principal. We got my friend moved to the class of another teacher, and the asshole teacher didn't say another word about it for the rest of the year. He didn't speak to me either.

Yep, really said it. And when he continued to rant about religion and how anyone who has ever had a, in his words, "gay thought" was going to hell, I told him I wasn't going to sit there and listen to him anymore, got up, and walked out.

Like I told my bigot of a history teacher: A straight guy doesn't wake up one day and say, "I think I'll start liking penises." It's not something you choose, but something you are born with.

Dress Code Dilemma... 38 comments

He should have gotten in trouble for his shirt. But at the same time, I can understand why she got in trouble for the shorts. In Indiana at least, schools have to keep mentally disabled people and people who can't pass or don't drop out until they are 21. This puts the school in a complicated position. They are responsible for students between the ages of 13 and 21. If one of those 19, 20, or 21 year olds slept with or did anything sexual with a student under the age of consent, it could be a huge lawsuit for the school and a statutory rape charge for the older student. Strict dress codes are often for legal protection.

Some people just don't understand how much money, time, and responsibility goes into caring for a child. My parents have been divorced for 14 years, and since my mom is remarried, my biological father rarely pays his child support because he know I'll be taken care of no matter what. He's $6,000 behind. It disgusts me.

I think she probably made him switch seats because a few minutes earlier he and the blond woman were taking selfies together, which is completely inappropriate for a funeral.

I worked on a huge (24"x18") drawing of an old dirty tea kettle. When I added the pastels, I decided to make it pink. I loved it so much that I made it my username.
