It's funny, but it's true.
When my cat was a kitten; she would meow at me, and I would say, "Hmmm?". Just the sound 'hmmm'. Now when she sees me, her meow sounds like 'hmmm?' She only makes that sound once.

I would rush them to the hospital. Blindness could be a red flag of a pre-existing condition.
