Just look really close at what I said, and what the first response was.

If one's moral standards are "The authorities say so", they will find themselves in poor company.

That it's baseless and immoral is entirely the point. And it wasn't the rules for admission, they're changing it arbitrarily. Making a demand that is likely to do even more harm to vulnerable families, especially the afflicted children.
