And that is why police always assume the gun is real.

If there's enough space for them to get in than you aren't "letting them in" are you?

Driver for a few years now and no, just no. Turning on your signal is not a magic pass to go wherever you want on the road. It is your responsibility to make sure there is space when you change lanes, it is not everyone else's responsibility to make room for you.

There's actually a movie called "Pay it Forward" that has a similar premise to this. Be warned it gets very sad at the end.

Please see my comment above. The statistic you are stating has been repeatedly proven false.

Ah, joex23, but that stat has been proven incorrect multiple times. The only way you get anywhere close to that is if you disregard factors such as but not limited to: hours worked, education, salary negotiation, job risk, and vacation time taken, and base it solely on average lifetime income of men vs women which is in turn also skewed even more by the fact that there are more male professional athletes and CEOs who's large salaries make it seem like men make more.
It is simple economics. If a business could get away with paying women a quarter less than why wouldn't they solely employ women?

Looks like it. The CDC places estimates at over 20000 separate cases between 2008 and 2011 with over 80% of the infected individuals being unvaccinated.

Actually the U S. vaccination rate is better than that of Europe, to the point where some European nations look upon the comparatively small measles outbreak in the U.S. with envy.

Everyone already knows that kidnapping and rape are bad. Do you you really think a rapist is going to see a sign and suddenly have an epiphany and go "Oh, rape is bad! I guess that's why those women were screaming the whole time!"
Telling someone to be ready in case of the worst is not "rape culture" nor is insisting a women prove 1)she was raped and 2)that the man she is accusing is the one who raped her. That would be called "burden of proof" and is part of "innocent until proven guilty."

To the people protesting that they can't support their family on minimum wage 19 comments

To the first guest, what in the world do you think MINIMUM means? If your life ambition is to raise a family while working the fries at the local McDonald's you're the one with the issue. You aren't meant to be able to raise a family or buy the newest iPhone while living on minimum wage. That's why it's called minimum, the bare minimum you need to survive.

Possibly because telling a criminal "Hey that's a crime, don't do that." doesn't work and is utterly pointless.
You can never prevent everything bad from happening in life, only be prepared for when it does.

The U.S. did as well, with the same result.
The case is that Pringles are made from what amounts to a dough rather than sliced potatoes (that's how they all end up being the same shape) and the dough itself contains more than just potato.
