I mean, the smallest molecules can make all the difference. Take water, H2O, for example. Awesome. We need it. H2O2 is hydrogen peroxide. A bit of it is harmless, mostly used in cleaning products, but a lot of it, especially if ingested, causes tissue burns and would require some emergency care.
